Yes, this happens many times to many people. We have loved someone but our love is not suited for the woman’s feelings.
In high school where our feelings for the opposite sex had started to grow there were many women who had shown their feelings towards us such as giving special attention, yet our feeling was reserved for another. But usually we only thought that all their special attention towards us were only for friendship sake and we do not think of it as love of the opposite sex because our attention were focused on others.
